Stopped in for one of their famous pies. Service was very slow, pie was OK.
It's a local bakery that I have dealt with for over 35 years. When I lived in Pa. we made the trek here and now that we are local, so much the better. As a native New Yorker, they have real Italian pastries. And you have not lived until you have had a Brown Derby (their specialty). I have never had a problem with any of their products (as my waistline can testify to), and I find Jackie a friendly and warm person. I recommend this business - you'll never go wrong.
Great sandwiches and the macaroni cheese salad is awesome! Baked goods are hit and miss. Linzer Tart is great, my kids love the Cannolis.

We love the Yellow Cottage! It's our local place for a special treat. We just picked up an anniversary cake and after hemming and hawing forever over the huge selection, owner Jackie helped us pick out just the right thing. I've already sneaked several early tastes and I can't even wait to devour it tonight! We love its cute, quaint, hometown feel and look forward to visiting with the welcoming staff.
